Blood and Guts

While practicing basic skills for Substance Designer, I decided to try making a bloody gut-like texture.

For this texture, I modeled simple versions of various body parts (Heart, Liver, Intestine) and rendered them in Maya using Renderman. Next I converted each image to grayscale in photoshop and imported them into substance. After that I utilized the tile sampler node and went from there.

Pretty happy with the outcome, as this was my first attempt using this approach. Will definitely implement this into my workflow.
